SHIPPING INFORMATION:

Upon placement of your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and your order will then ship within the following 48 hours. As a small 100% rider owned company, we strive to get orders out as quickly as possible and if we foresee any possible delays, you will be hearing from us with an immediate update.



REFUNDS AND RETURNS:

Sometimes you may order the wrong size, color, or part and may need an exchange or your money back. If so, we offer a 30 Day Return Policy. Product must be returned in brand new condition which means:

-Product must not have been installed, worn, or washed

-Product must not be damaged, nicked, or blem'd

-Product must be in resellable condition and in its original packaging

-Product return must have a copy of the original invoice included

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

All international shipments (outside of the USA) may be subject to a brokerage charge that is determined by the customs department in your country.

How can I check on the status of my order?

-Information and communication is key, so every order placed with us through the deity Store receives a confirmation e-mail which includes a link that allows you to see up to date information on your order.

-If you are unable to open the e-mail, deleted it, or prefer to speak to a human voice...call us up directly or send us an e-mail.

How do you package the order?

- Protecting your deity Metal is critical, so we use Eco-Foam to keep your product from being damaged.

-If you receive a package with visible damage to the box due to shipping...contact UPS before opening it or do not accept it during delivery. This way UPS or any other known shipping company can be held accountable for damages.

What type of boxes do you use?

-All packaging materials, excluding tape, are recycled and locally made.

Do you include stickers with the order?

-Of course, every direct order comes with Stickers!
